Description
Uploads a photo to an album. If the album is on a printing plan, the uploaded photo will be queued for printing and mailed the album's recipient list. If the album is not on a printing plan, the photo will simply be uploaded to the album without being printed. URL

- picture[title]: The title of the photo. If this photo is printed, the title will be printed on the back of this photo. (optional)
- picture[filename]: The filename of the photo. The filename should include the correct extension. For example, "photo.jpg" for a JPG file. (required)
- picture[file_content]: The Base64 encoded string of the photo. (required)
