Once you sign up, you'll get your first 15 prints and 1 shipment for free during your first month. If you're not satisfied, cancel your account and you'll never see a charge on your credit card. It's just enough to try out and see if you like Picwing without the risk!

How does the pricing work?

The pricing works in the same way as other photo printing websites. Any pictures you email or upload to Picwing will be automatically queued to be printed and shipped to your recipients. When we print and ship your queued pictures, you'll only get charged our standard printing and shipping rates.

What if I don't send any pictures. Will you still charge me?

No. If you don't send any pictures to be printed, we will never charge you. There is no minimum account maintenance requirement.

When my recipients get their prints?

Your photos will get processed twice a month, about every 15 days.

How do I cancel my account?

You can cancel at any time through your Picwing account. No questions asked!

Can I change my recipients?

Yes! You may change your recipients at any time.

What is your 30 day money back guarantee?

Once you sign up, you'll get your first month of service for free (up to 15 photos). Cancel before the first 30 days, and you'll never see a charge on your credit card.

What if I go over my plan?

That's ok! For each photo you go over, we'll just charge you $0.19/picture.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

No. All fees, including shipping, are included in your flat-rate plan.

When my recipients get their prints?

It depends on your plan. If you pick a plan that mails out prints twice a month, your photos will get processed about every 15 days. Plans that mail out prints once a month will get processed about every 30 days.

How do I cancel my account?

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time through your Picwing account. No questions asked!

Can I change my recipients?

Yes! You may change your recipients at any time, so long as you don't exceed your allowed number of recipients. If you do, you'll have to remove a recipient or upgrade your plan.

Can I customize a plan with more recipients?

Yes! If you have a large family or group and none of our plans match what you need, please contact us at sales@picwing.com.
